Alison is a mixed and messy writer existing in Massachusetts. They grew up near the ocean, not the nice ocean, but the sulphuric, rife with seaweed and trash, storm waves kind. Their work has been nominated for Best Small Fictions. Their chapbook Pruning Stories was a finalist for the Gold Line Press 2023 Chapbook Contest.

Alison has an obscenely high score on Just Dance for the song Rasputin by Boney M, and eats pickles when they feel a migraine coming.
